Preise
You can book the flat for a maximum of 5 persons. Pets are not allowed.
Peak season (1 July to 31 August and 1 December to 15 March):
90 €per night for 2 persons.
Off-season:
80 € per night for 2 persons.
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- 10 € per night for every additional person.
- The price includes all additional costs, cleaning of the flat, bedlinen, towels and parking
- Arrival from 3 pm., departure till 11 am.
From 7 nights onwards we grant 10% discount!
By booking the holiday flat you will get provisional confirmation per e-mail which includes the amount of the deposit (25 % of the rental price) and our bank details. As soon as the deposit has been recognized you will get a binding confirmation of your booking. Please pay the full amount till 45 days before commencement of travel.
If you cancel your booking 30 days before commencement of travel we refund the complete rental price. 29 to 14 days before commencement we refund 50 % and for later cancellations we refund 10 % of the rental price.
